smudge2002 Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Usually I just stand on a dining room chair to change a lightbulb light bulb lamp(hmmm, still not sure which is the correct term) but now wonder if I fall foul of H&S regulations. May be I should use a step ladder, have four people around to hold it steady, be supported from a saftey harness attached to the ceiling, have an ambulance crew on standby in case of injury and have a H&S rep from the local council in attendance to oversee the whole operation. Of course, the whole thing will have to be planned at least 4 weeks in advance and have the plans approved by the H&S rep. Quote
Ronnie W. Posted August 16, 2008 Report Posted August 16, 2008 Why use a "step ladder" don't you get on with your real one? Quote
katman Posted August 16, 2008 Report Posted August 16, 2008 I fall foul of H&S regulations. Hmmmmm... should that be HSE Regulations :) Quote
